Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Technology, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related field; four years of experience.� Additional experience may be used on a one-to-one basis to offset the educational requirements.�

Position Description:

The position will report to the Bursar with a primary focus of Bursar Office systems support. The position is expected to collaborate and coordinate with key staff both in the Bursar Office as well as across the university as necessary.

Responsibilities
  • Provide system support for daily operations of the Bursar's Office including configuration maintenance and ensuring that regular processing cycles are completed on time.
  • Provide support for Bursar's Office interfaces with third-party vendors including creation of testing plans, completion of integration testing, and providing signoff prior to implementation.
  • Coordinate system maintenance and testing including creation of testing plans, performing testing, and providing signoff prior to implementation.
  • Coordinate system data management for the Bursar's Office.
  • Coordinate system security for the Bursar's Office.
  • Develop business requirements and functional specifications for assigned projects.
  • Develop and maintain system procedures in coordination with appropriate departments and end users.
  • Maintain a strong focus on continuous improvement, researching and recommending new functionality as it relates to Bursar's Office systems.
  • Maintain a strong focus on compliance, internal controls, and customer service.
  • Participate in the development and maintenance of training classes and materials related to the Bursar's Office systems including reporting.
  • Other duties that may be assigned by the Bursar and/or Assistant Bursar.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Higher education experience with a major ERP product, preferably PeopleSoft Campus Solutions Student Financials module

Compensation will be commensurate to candidate experience.
