JL Closets Designs, Manufactures and Installs custom closets and other storage solutions throughout the state of Florida. The company is growing very rapidly and is a good fit for an ambitious individual who enjoys working in a fast paced environment in an expanding business.

We are looking for a skilled Bookkeeper to maintain our accounts payable, POs and more. Our ideal candidate has a very good attention for detail, and is familiar with accounting in Quickbooks Desktop.

The Bookkeeper's job responsibilities will vary greatly but will include:

• Recording day to day financial transactions and complete the posting process

• Place material orders
• Entering POs into Quickbooks

The following qualifications are required

• Proven bookkeeping experience
• Experience with Quickbooks Desktop
• Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles
• Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
• Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
• Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary software
• Proficiency in English and in MS Office
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Highly Organized

• Meticulous and detail oriented
• Fluent in English

The following qualifications are desirable but not required

• Experience with ADP payroll
