Job Description:
Responsible for providing bookkeeping and administrative assistance to the department. Develops and promotes good community relations among various community and school clientele

ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Position Specific Information (if Applicable):

Responsibilities:
May support all department programs by assisting with managing customer accounts, third party financial institutions, donor data management and donor acknowledgements.
May provide individual and/or group support and training for department policies.
Continually seek feedback from stakeholders in order to implement updates to improve the experience with department business systems.
Act as Chapter Liaison.
Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.
May process district and federal mail.
May process purchase orders.
May support all Chapters by managing My School Bucks store and product requests. Respond to all requests, including email and phone calls in an accurate and timely manner.
Assist with providing data for district auditing and transparency purposes.
May manage invoices and receipts against pay voucher requests.
Maintain and secure appropriate files and data lists.
Monitor and respond to all department user requests, including email and phone calls in an accurate, complete, and timely manner.

Certifications:

Education:
High School or Equivalent: General Studies (Required)

Skills:
Accounting knowledge preferred, Collaborative team player, Effective oral and written communication skills., General computer knowledge, Maintains a generally positive attitude., Observes all District policies and procedures., Strong organizational and time management skills, Verbal and written communication skills in English and a demonstrated ability to read and comprehend written/graphic and oral instructions

  • All salary amounts listed above are based on a full-time (1.0) FTE. If applicable, part-time salaries will be prorated according to the assigned FTE.
