Board Certified Behavioral AnalystSalary: Based on experiencePosition PurposeUnder the general supervision of the Director of Student Services,the Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA)will perform Functional Behavioral Assessments and develop and assist with the implementation of and monitorthe progress of studentBehavior Intervention Planin collaboration with intervention specialists and school based teams..Essential FunctionsProvide support in teaching replacement behaviors,Support preventative behavioral management and interventions plansProvide direct support, modeling, coaching, instruction and training with teaching staff in the school setting.Will provide on-going Crisis Prevention Intervention professional development and support implementation of Positive Behavior Intervention and Support systems within the school.Additional DutiesPerforms other related tasks as assigned by the Director of Student Services, as designated by the Superintendent.Note: The above description is illustrative of tasks and responsibilities.
