Blondie’s Doughnuts is a mobile, pop-up bakery business based in Baltimore. We specialize in brioche doughnuts and a select menu of baked goods. We currently sell our products through online sales, wholesale, and our food truck. Our commitment to offering our customers exceptional products and service is paramount.
We are opening our new location in Edgewater MD by the end of the year. We plan to use our Baltimore location to provide training for the staff for our new location. 509 McCormick Drive, Glen Burnie, MD
The Production Team member executes daily tasks related to daily food requisitions, various outlet production, finishing, and organization of daily needs. Maintain a high standard of food quality with demonstrated efficiency in the utilization of products to control food products.
Will start with running the Dishwasher and preparing all of the stations
Will be trained on our technique to glaze our items
Will be trained on stocking items
Will be trained on finishing items
Must be able to work for 2 weeks without any attendance challenges to get the first raise
Must be able to glaze and box items without supervision to get the second raise
Must be able to work for 90 days to get the 90-day raise
Requirements
Must know how to make pastry cream and icing
Must be able to complete repetitive tasks
Must know how to glaze doughnuts and cinnamon
Should know how to bake the dough
Must be able to work overnight
Must be able to stand for long periods of time
Willing to come out and work hard
Good communication skills
Excellent Hygiene
Passion for baking
Professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to perform with little or no supervision
Access to a car daily
Responsibilities -
Must be able to arrive on time at our production center.
Must be able to work as a team to complete the production run within the scheduled time.
Must be able to communicate with team members.
Must be able to ensure that all items in the production run are products by the end of the shift.
Must be able to adapt and overcome obstacles.
Must have a positive attitude
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $14.00 - $25.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- Night shift
- Weekend availability
COVID-19 considerations:
All team members must wear PPE during the shift.
