Job description
The Pool Beverage Manger is responsible for overseeing the operation of pool bars.
- This position ensures the cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment in accordance with Health Department standards.
- The Manager is responsible for scheduling, training, and evaluating beverage staff, ensuring quality and guest service according to Wynn Las Vegas service standards.
Job Requirements
- Candidates must be able to communicate, read and write English fluently and in a professional manner.
- Requires a minimum of 1 year work experience as a Beverage Shift Manger in a
- Candidates must exhibit advanced beverage and cocktail knowledge.
- Computer skills including MS Office and Point of Sale systems preferred.
- Candidates must be able to lead and work self-managed.
- Requires the ability to work efficiently and within a team environment.
- Applicants must be 21 years of age or above.
- Requires a valid Health and Alcohol Awareness card.
