• Bell Person
• Part time 5pm-11pm
• Performs general guest room and public area light maintenance.
• Checks guest rooms for maintenance issues and performs any light maintenance needed.
• Performs basic preventive maintenance in rooms
• Responds in a timely, courteous manner to guest questions or requests.
• Properly maintains tools, work spaces and equipment.
• Monthly preventive maintenance
• Carpet cleaning/guest rooms
• Completes preventive maintenance checklists and other maintenance records.
• Follow all policies and procedures.
• Meeting room set ups & Breakdowns
• Performs other duties as assigned by Maintenance manager and/or General Manager.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic property maintenance a plus-Not required
• Customer Service
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to push, pull, bend, stoop and reach upward.
