This full-time or part-time opportunity offers 24 - 40 hours week, 8-hour shifts, full-time or part-time benefits, and a 3pm - 11:30pm schedule. There is opportunity for overtime and to cover various shifts if interested.

• $3.00/hr. schedule premium available at our Valparaiso, IN location working Tuesday - Saturday, 3pm - 11:30pm.

This position qualifies for a $2000 (F/T) or $1000 (P/T) sign-on bonus!

Midwest Center for Youth and Families (a subsidiary of UHS) is a fully accredited, 74-bed private, residential treatment facility located in Valparaiso and Kouts, IN. We offer full-immersion Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) program for children and adolescents 10 - 18 who struggle with emotional, behavioral and mental health challenges. Behavioral Health Worker Job Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Preferred one year of experience working in a psychiatric setting with patients aged 10 -18yrs.
• Must be 21 years old
