$17.25 - $20.23/hour

Primary Purpose of Position: Work one-on-one with children or adults who have developmental and cognitive delays to build daily living and behavior management skills in both the client's home and community settings.

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent, with additional options for applicants with 60 credit hours in a field related to social services, human services, health, or education; 90 credit hours in an unrelated field, and applicants with a diploma or equivalent that have more than three years' direct service experience.

Qualifications:

• Basic phone and computer skills required.
• Valid Driver’s License, with reliable transportation and auto insurance.
• Must be reliable with high integrity.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
