Santa Monica BMW is seeking an BDC Appointment Coordinator to join our automotive family.

Job Description:
The BDC Appointment Coordinator is responsible for making phone calls and responding to emails in order to efficiently schedule customer appointments that result in vehicle sales.

Job Duties Include:

• Make outgoing phone calls, building relationships with new & existing customers
• Respond to emails and incoming sales leads quickly and effectively
• Set quality customer appointments that lead to profitable vehicle sales

Job Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills, over the phone and by email
• Ability to multi-task in a busy environment
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a group
