Lead Bathroom Installer

Re-Bath Southern Louisiana is seeking ROCKSTARS to join our amazing team in Beaumont, TX!!! This is an excellent career opportunity for a dedicated superstar to be part of our winning team.

Responsibilities include:

- Upon arrival to customer's home, review projected installation with customer and address questions and issues

- Manage project and install all sold products and services

- Manage customer expectations during the installation process

- Communicating and understanding the language and terminology of bathroom remodeling

- Achieve company objectives in installed revenue

- Keep records of the job in the corresponding project folders

- Attend regular monthly installer meetings and training sessions

- Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor

- Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures

The ideal candidate will be/have:

- MUST HAVE AT LEAST ONE (1) YEAR BATHROOM INSTALLATION EXPERIENCE

- A POSITIVE ATTITUDE!!!

- OUTGOING AND ENTHUSIASTIC!!

- EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS!

- Experience in residential construction

- Basic plumbing experience

- Tile experience (preferred)

- Attentive to detail, highly organized and possess a strong work ethic and ethics

- Self-motivated with a high urgency to succeed

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Able to work under time deadlines while continuously maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service

- Able to perform standard accepted practices, work independently, and carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given and prescribed routines

- Able to lift, reach, bend, stoop and safely lift and easily maneuver items weighing up to 75 pounds frequently

(Background check required; Valid DL/insurance and dependable transportation required)

(Compensation: $52,000+ after paid training period + FULL BENEFITS PACKAGE!!)
