Job description
Summary- Utilizes computerized documentation systems (SAP) to create, delete, revise, load and issue batch records, forms, and tickets for the Production Department.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Below is a summary of main job responsibilities. In addition to the below there may be additional duties assigned in order to complete the job at hand.
- Coordinate and expedite the flow of work and materials within or between departments of an establishment according to production schedule
- Duties include reviewing and distributing production, work, and shipment schedules;
- Conferring with department supervisors to determine progress of work and completion dates;
- Compiling reports on progress of work, inventory levels, costs, and production problems.
- Maintain high level of accuracy in entries

Education and/or Experience: High School Diploma, 2-3 years of experience in manufacturing, quality and/or automated documentation computer support work environment.
Language skills- English
Mathematical skills- Basic Math, reading, and writing skills needed

Computer skills- SAP helpful, Microsoft office helpful
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations- N/A
