Job description
As a Bartender, you will be bartending in a pool side bar and at times at the Beach Club bar. The following food & beverage tasks are performed by the Bartender, but not limited to: order taking, recording sales on a Agilisys POS terminal, bartending, bussing, cleaning, and performing administration functions such as inventorying, ordering, and bill paying for food and liquor items.

Additional Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance on food services equipment.
- Perform bartending functions at our Beach Club when needed.
- Provide Food and Beverage Service to customers at Pool Deck.
- Preform reasonable duties as requested by Management

- High school Diploma or Equivalent
- bartending/serving experience in a hospitality environment
- strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Valid State of Hawaii Liquor Card – Blue
- Valid State of Hawaii Food Handler Certificate
- TB Clearance
