About us:

Western Reserve Distillers is a family owned and operated craft distillery founded in 2014 by husband and wife, Kevin and Ann Thomas.

We are Ohio’s first and only USDA certified organic craft distillery producing award winning, world class spirits in Lakewood, OH, just a few miles from downtown Cleveland.

All of our vodkas, gins and some of our bourbons and whiskeys are distilled using 100% organic grains from Twin Parks Organic Farm which is approximately 75 miles from the distillery. We have partnerships with organic farming co-ops in the Louisiana Delta where we get our 100% organic dark molasses to make our rum and in Jalisco, Mexico where we get our 100% organic blue weber agave to make our agave spirits.

This position is associated with our onsite restaurant called The Distillery. We have an extensive craft cocktail program featuring our line of award winning spirits along with fresh seasonal ingredients.

1). Open and close bar in accordance with business hours.

2). Communicate specials with FOH staff.

3). Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons.

4). Interact with customers to develop loyalty and handle customer concerns.

5). Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies including fresh ingredients.

6). Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience.

7). Comply with all food and beverage regulations.

8). Responsible for monitoring labor cost while serving as shift-lead.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $45.00 per hour
