Hole in the Wall is an Australian inspired cafe, serving specialty coffee, crafted cocktails and a seasonally changing menu to locals and tourists alike!
We are currently seeking experienced Baristas to join our team at our Flatiron location.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Barista to work closely within a strong cultured team. The ideal candidate will be warm, welcoming and passionate about delivering an excellent experience (and espresso!) to all of those who step through our doors. We truly believe that every great day starts with a fresh cup of coffee and ends with a perfectly crafted espresso martini.
As the Barista you will:
- Create and serve a variety of espresso based drinks (lattes, capuccinos, macchiatos, and more!)
- Weigh and dial in espresso shots
- Ensure top quality execution of all beverages (hint: latte art!!!!)
- Greet and interact with guests, creating an environment that is friendly, positive and down to earth
- Maintain and regularly clean/santize the espresso machine and work station
- Share knowledge and suggest menu items to our guests
