Mission

We are now growing our international sales team by offering opportunities to experienced B2B sales managers who have always wanted to join the sales team of an outstanding digital scale-up like Cinector. The position provides you top-notch coaching and world-class sales leads.

Responsibilities:

• Research for decision makers and their contact details
• Perform cold outreach and uphold activity levels
• Schedule demonstrations and next steps
• Understand and manage all phases of the sales cycle
• Record all communication on a CRM platform
• Maintain a visible pipeline and a KPI reports dashboard
• Hold a weekly sales meeting with management

Qualifications:

• 3+ years experience working within or in tandem with sales teams
• Full fluency in German is a must, and English is a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong business acumen and critical thinking
• A commitment to excellent customer service
• An affinity toward punctual and live communication
• You’re not afraid to pick up the phone
• You’re ok with the public display of personal and team KPIs
