Charles Toyota is hiring an experienced Service Manager. We are looking for your self-motivation and drive to be successful. As a Service Manager, you have the opportunity to interact with thousands of customers to build customer loyalty by developing their trust and confidence in the dealership and the services we provide. Three years of prior automotive service manager experience required.

To be considered:

• Proven track record of high CSI performance results
• Experience with Reynolds and Reynolds system preferred but not necessary
• Strong organizational skills
• Candidates must possess a proven track record of technical and consultation skills
• Must be Customer Service focused
• Must be an exceptional multi-tasker
• Effective communication and follow-through skills
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Successful completion of pre-employment drug screening and background check
