DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIAN - MECHANIC

As an Automotive Technician - Mechanic, you deliver an auto repair experience that makes our customers happy! When an order comes in, you read it thoroughly and then conduct a thorough diagnostic inspection. You always go above and beyond by documenting other maintenance issues that you notice. After that, you plan the repair procedures, providing our service writer with a complete list of all the necessary parts along with an explanation of the services required.

Your skills and knowledge come in handy as you diagnose and fix a wide range of issues. From transmission services to strut replacements, you always produce high-quality work that our customers can trust. Safety is your top priority as you test drive the automobile to double-check your work. As needed, you eagerly participate in ongoing training opportunities. You take pride in doing each job right and helping others!

REQUIREMENTS FOR AN AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIAN - MECHANIC

Do you present yourself professionally, both in appearance and demeanor? Can you manage your time in a productive manner? Do you take pride in the quality of your work? Can you fix a wide range of automobiles? If so, you could be perfect for this auto repair position at our shop! We also require:

• 2+ years of industry training or experience, including diagnostics
• Computer literacy
• Ability to work on diesel engines
• Ability to interpret technical manuals and documents
