Responsibilities

• Manage and receive inventory for 6 high volume dealerships
• Manage busy shop with 30 techs, detailers, valets, and drivers
• Manage the team, process, maintenance, and work schedules
• Ensure that all equipment and machinery are properly operated and maintained
• Hold shop meetings to keep the shop up to date
• Supervise and train staff
• Enforce safety regulations and protocols
• CDK knowledge is a plus, but willing to train the right experience

Requirements

• Strong automotive knowledge
• Strong teamwork and time management skills
• Outstanding leadership skills
