Gary Crossley Ford is looking to add a Quick Lane Advisor to our team. As a Quick Lane Advisor, you are the person that customers look to when they need help with service work for their vehicles.
Each time our customers visit our Quick Lane they are making a financial investment in their vehicle. Our Quick Lane Advisors are there to assist our customers in making the right decisions when it comes to that investment.

Compensation

• $500 Week Salary Plus Monthly Commissions

Responsibilities

• Present the best solution to properly repair our customers vehicle in a way that is easy for them to understand.
• Greet every customer that enters our facility with hospitality and the highest level of respect.
• Possess the ability to consistently and effectively sell our services without jeopardizing honesty and integrity.
• Maintain a positive attitude at all times.
• Prepares ROs and keeps a detailed record of vehicles repairs
• Use the phone in a professional manner, always with the intention of creating a long term relationship between the store, yourself and the customer.
• Insure that all work is performed to proper specifications.

Qualifications

• Experience is a plus but we are willing to train the right person.
• Good communication skills are a must.
