ATM Collections Agent

We are looking for a professional, well-mannered mathematically and technically inclined individual that wants to learn.

Essential Functions:

• Local travel performing cash collections from ATM Machines
• Communicate directly with managers and owners at client locations.
• Evaluate and schedule reviews for potential new locations.
• Document and report all collections and problems found.
• Communicate with supervision regarding equipment condition and needed repairs.
• Perform some preventative maintenance & service duties
• Drive box truck and help to install & uninstall equipment at customer locations
• Manage schedules, sequences, and assignments for work activities, based on location needs.

Must Have Qualifications:

• Must have a reliable vehicle.
• Ability to work overtime, rotating evening shifts and rotating weekends
• Professional communications skills
• Ability to take direction
• Ability to work in a team environment or independently
• Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
• Must have problem-solving abilities, be self-motivated, and organized
• Commitment to quality service
• Must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record

Additional Qualifications We Prefer:

• Previous security experience in an armed environment
• Military background
• High cash handling experience
• ATM collection experience

Working Conditions:

• Full-time schedule potentially consisting of an average 40 to 50 hours/week, rotating weekend work
