This position will combine program execution with new business capture PM responsibilities across a variety of programs in the Ground Based Air Surveillance (GBAS) Product Lines. Activities will include but not be limited to managing program execution, PM support of captures, investment and program meetings, weekly customer reports and meetings, monthly program reviews, risk/opportunity management, and earned value management. Duties will include daily interaction/coordination with our internal and external teams/customers; driving weekly status meetings with the customer and stakeholders. The customers supported by the GBAS Product Line are complex and require frequent communication both face to face and from afar. The job requires a person who can engage independently with Domestic and International customers. International travel is required.
Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Science, Engineering etc.), or equivalent experience/combined education, along with professional experience
• 10+ years of relevant experience. The management of defense programs is preferred but not required
• Must have excellent organization skills and an analytical ability to develop and deliver concise presentations both up and down the chain
• Knowledge of Earned Value Management and Risk Management
• Must be able to establish and maintain effective and enduring relationships
• Significant and relevant direct experience working with domestic and / or international customers
• International travel is required

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
