Associate Marketing Manager

This role is a hybrid schedule with a minimum of three days in our offices collaborating with our teams mixed with remote time as well. We are currently seeking candidates in the Deerfield Beach, FL area only, at this time.
What you get to do:
This role will center on three key areas of accountability:

• Manage key marketing projects by planning, organizing and coordinating across all marketing functions to successful completion of marketing programs

• Develop creative, on-brand content to successfully promote products across the entire Polyglass product portfolio

• Leverage your experience and effective use of analytical tools to measure the effectiveness of all marketing initiatives – suggesting improvements and fine-tuning the approach to achieve optimal results

The skills, experience and past success you bring to us:

• 3-5 years’ experience in the above 3 areas of responsibility within a medium to large size corporate marketing function. Experience supporting multiple office locations across different states is desired.
• Successful, full lifecycle management of marketing projects that achieve prescribed goals
• Experience working the ‘operations’ side of marketing – planning, analyzing and strategizing
• Copywriting skills in various marketing collateral that is on-brand with messaging that’s driven by sound analytics and planning to ensure successful outcomes
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across a business including Sales, Product Management and all other relevant groups
• Digital marketing tools for both content development (WordPress a strong plus, Adobe Creative Suite) and analytics (Google Analytics and other tools)
• Business to Business (B2B) sales channel experience is required.
• Industrial / Building Products and manufacturing experience is highly desired.
