GENERAL PURPOSE:
The Associate Manager of Creative Services will be responsible for working hand-in-hand with the Marketing and Communications team to implement and manage daily projects and tasks that align with company strategies. This role will require a combination of creative thinking, quality content creation for social media channels, creation of marketing materials (flyers, ads, and presentations), planning, research, writing, monitoring, coordination and collaboration among team members and company departments. The Associate Manager of Creative Services will be responsible for supporting content creation for the team that pertains to marketing initiatives and social media.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Manages process and ordering of branded materials, promo items with company departments and beyond and ensures brand approved, etc.
Manages and maintains CSCF brand management archive and photography storage library. Ensures brand integrity across all mediums and collateral materials.
Responsible for working alongside the team to support content and materials for company programs, workshops, grants, hiring fairs and events across departments (Flyers, brochures, outreach, signage, banners, tablecloths, boards, signs, PowerPoints, content, all things branded).
Must have strong ability to collaborate with team and leaders when it comes to creating and implementing Marketing strategies and approaches.
Work alongside director and Assistant Vice President of Corporate Communications to support Communications and Marketing budget for appropriate spending and management of funds.
Manages content creation for Marketing initiatives for the brand, company campaigns, programs and events when needed. This role is responsible for creating strong materials and content for these programs/events that align with the strategic planning for each. This will be done by working alongside the Associate Manager of Marketing to have content created when needed.
Responsible for managing Social Media channels and initiatives for CareerSource Central Florida brand. Responsible for working with the team to create strong strategies to support CSCF channels including (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) This role requires close collaboration with the Associate Manager of Marketing to create strong implementation plans that align with ongoing strategies and plans. Responsible for content calendar and execution and content creation for channels, including scheduling, sharing, posting, etc. This person also works closely with team to manage social media responses and planning if needed.
Ensure admin (invoices, requests, etc.) are delegated and adhered to by owner when necessary. Helps manages purchasing processes for Marketing initiatives. Works closely with Finance to ensure services and products are procured appropriately. Helps manages departmental RFP, RFQ and Bid processes.
Analyzes target market information with BI team to identify and recommend new and appropriate marketing tactics.
Support advertising opportunities (print, online and digital) through initial content creation, drafts and creation.
Help develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns that align with our brand objectives and business goals.
Create and manage content for various marketing channels, including website, social media, email, and print materials.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels.
Analyze and report on marketing campaign performance, including web traffic, social media engagement, and lead generation.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for marketing and communication strategies
Some support for internal communication efforts by creating and managing employee newsletters, intranet content, and other internal communication channels.
SUPERVISION:
Supervision Received - Work is performed under general supervision with considerable latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s Degree from an *accredited institution in communications, journalism, marketing, or related discipline; supplemented by a preferred minimum of five years’ experience in public relations, journalism, advertising or digital marketing.
Proven track record of strong writing skills and working with media.
Must be able to provide verification of the legal right to operate a vehicle in the State of Florida (Driver’s License, documentation of personal auto insurance, etc.). Must fulfill all requirements of the CareerSource Central Florida Vehicle Safety Program and have reliable transportation.

- Knowledge of SEO and SEM principles, Google Analytics and other analytics tools

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
This position has a hybrid work schedule that combines remote work and in-office work based on business needs. Tasks involves light physical effort (i.e., some standing and walking, or frequent light lifting of less than 10 pounds); and minimal dexterity in the use of fingers and limbs in the operating of office equipment. Tasks may involve extended periods of time sitting at a workstation and utilizing a keyboard.
ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENTS:
This position has a hybrid work schedule that combines remote work and in-office work based on business needs. Tasks are regularly performed inside without potential for exposure to adverse conditions, such as dirt, dust, pollen, odors, fumes and/or poor ventilation, wetness, humidity, rain, temperature and noise extremes, machinery and/or moving vehicles, vibrations, electric currents, animals/wildlife, toxic/poisonous agents, gases or chemicals, oils and other cutting fluids, violence and/or disease, or pathogenic substances.

Some tasks require manual dexterity. Some tasks require visual and hearing acuity. Tasks may involve identifying and distinguishing colors. Tasks require oral communications ability.
