Position Description:
The Associate role will provide critical executional support to the Virtual Care team by ensuring timely internal approval and management of vendors and tactics, as well as collaborating with internal and external Lilly partners to provide recommendations for content experiences for virtual care programs and digital solutions. Will help develop awareness drivers and access points to LillyDirect. This role will play a key role in maintaining a focus on defining and pulling through the patient experience.
Responsibilities include working with core business service partners such as Procurement, Regulatory, and Lilly Marketing Studios as well as internal and external partners to better understand human behavioral insights to which will inform content ecosystems across virtual care and digital solutions.

Key Objectives/Deliverables:
Objective 1: Tactical support and execution of virtual care and digital solutions. (60%)
Prepare, create, develop and approve tactics for virtual care and digital programs.
Collaborate with Virtual Care 3rd party Associate Dir to plan for integration of key 3rd party.
Collaborate to plan for integration of proven programs
Provide clear and concise reporting on metrics for current virtual care programs and digital solutions, including clear optimization recommendations based on key business metrics
Objective 2: Lead team content ecosystem (30%)
Lead collaboration across key internal stakeholders to support ongoing prioritization of content needs and gaps for virtual care and digital solutions
Create and manage content ecosystem maps across all virtual care and digital solutions
Manage Content on Lilly platforms that support Virtual Care & Digital Solutions efforts
Overlay behavioral economics insights with performance metrics to optimize patient-facing digital content experiences
Optimize existing content and make recommendation for new content to meet accessibility needs of our diverse patient populations
Provide clear and concise reporting including clear optimization and metrics on content executions.
Objective 3: Manage operational budgets and metrics (10%)
Assist in business planning activities to forecast and estimate budgets
Partner with Virtual Care operations lead to track and manage detailed budgets on an ongoing basis
Collaborate with analytics team to coordinate and communicate key metrics and program metrics on a monthly basis.
Basic Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree
At least 2 years of marketing experience

Additional Skills/Preferences:
Pharmaceutical or digital healthcare experience/expertise
Experience in effectively working with cross-functional teams
Experience with vendor/ partner management
Desire for creating digital solutions to improve equity in patient care and improve outcomes
Self-directed, strong project management and prioritization skills
Executional experience with content marketing or development
Ability be proactive in problem identification and solution development
US Affiliate marketing materials approval process experience (PCA, FCAP, QCLT - if internal)
Strong communication skills and ability to simplify complexity
Strong decision making skills and proven ability to influence others
Experience working with agency and external partners

Travel 10-20%
Lilly currently anticipates that the base salary for this position could range from between $57,750-121,000 and will depend, in part, on the successful candidate’s qualifications for the role, including education and experience. Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance). In addition, Lilly offers a comprehensive benefit program to eligible employees, including eligibility to participate in a company-sponsored 401(k); pension; vacation benefits; eligibility for medical, dental, vision and prescription drug benefits; flexible benefits (e.g., healthcare and/or dependent day care flexible spending accounts); life insurance and death benefits; certain time off and leave of absence benefits; and well-being benefits (e.g., employee assistance program, fitness benefits, and employee clubs and activities).Of course, the compensation described above is subject to change and could be higher or lower than the range described above.
