Audigent is looking for an Associate Director of Performance Strategy to deliver best-in-class planning and innovative strategic concepts to our clients. In this role, you will work with our account team and work closely with the activation team to provide thought leadership and a hands-on approach to the planning process. This role requires a detail orientated, teamwork centered, accountable individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Roles Responsibilities:
  • Ability to work with the clients to understand objectives and develop a best in class strategic framework that is innovative and meets the clients needs.
  • Oversee flawless planning and execution across book of business to include high profile accounts.
  • Identify opportunities to build comprehensive case studies in collaboration with various marketing teams.
  • Develop and review client deliverables for quality to ensure the highest standard of work.
  • Train junior employees in all critical areas of their role and achieve employee retention through essential career development.
  • Effectively manage and motivate a team of high performing team members.
  • Responsible for meeting and exceeding client expectations and growing accounts through identifying additional areas of opportunity.
Qualifications/Skills
  • Deep knowledge of digital media planning, digital channels, and audience activation.
  • Positive attitude, team oriented, and effective communicator.
  • Hands on experience planning and executing multiple channel strategies for branding and performance campaigns.
  • Strong attention to detail and highly organized individual.
  • Experience presenting recommendations to clients and leading strategic communications.
  • Ability to manage employee workflows while effectively delegating priority projects to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work effectively in high pressure situations and deliver solution-based outcomes.
  • Professional attitude and strong leadership is a must.

Compensation: Salary range for this position is $115,000 - $135,000 based on your experience and qualifications
