Job Summary: With lead Broker oversight, provides excellent customer service and processes new and renewal brokerage business, issues quote proposals and binders/invoices, and handles claims, endorsements, audits, and other transactional items related to such accounts.

This position requires candidates to live on Oahu. IC's main office is located in downtown Honolulu.

Education/Experience:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
• Minimum 1 to 2 years related insurance experience and/or training required.
• Equivalent combination of education, experience, and training will be considered.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

• Hawaii P&C Resident Producer and Surplus Lines Broker Licenses required (or willing to obtain within prescribed timeline).
• Attainment or working towards an insurance designation (i.e., CISR, CIC, etc.) desirable.
