Desert Law Group is a boutique firm specializing in estate and trust planning and probate administration. Beyond a job description for an Estate Planning Attorney is the heart & soul of who we are, where we live and what we do. We are a 20+ year old Law firm in the heart of the Coachella Valley. We’re a little untraditional but known as one of the more prominent Trust & Estate law firms. We kick up our boots when Stagecoach and Coachella roll in and enjoy the wonderful activities that encompass this beautiful resort town. What we don’t do… is Litigate.

Our doors are open to Associates and even those flirting with retirement. Whatever stage your career is, we have a spot for you! Our clients are greeted with a warm hello and depending on the day of the week, sometimes a freshly baked pastry. We are family (and kitchen) oriented and most importantly, we work well together.

About You

You have 5+ years’ experience in estate planning, trust administration and probate. You have a strong attention to detail as well as strong follow-through skills. Your verbal and written communication skills are excellent, and you pride yourself on your organizational abilities. You have worked with Mac-based systems and consider yourself tech savvy.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Administration
• Must be familiar with a variety of estate planning concepts
• Proficient in trust administration and probate practices and procedures
• High proficiency in computer skills a must
• Knowledge in Mac-Based system, Clio, Box & Wealth Docs a major plus!
• No resume will be accepted without a Cover Letter
• Must hold a JD from State Bar approved law school

Salary is commensurate with experience.

Our physical office is in Indian Wells, California and hybrid work might be a possibility for one or two days a week, but this is still an on-site position

Pay: $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
