Application / Team Overview:


From Shared Services team we handle all administrative activities for a variety of middleware technologies. We also provide development support for hundreds of applications. This particular role is created for tibco/mq/fuse Administrative, configuration and development support. Our primary function is to engineer and implement technology solutions that will help application teams avoid production outages and produce quality software. We are also assisting several applications with their cloud transition. Our services include below.

  • Onboarding
  • Reusable Tools
  • Environment Automation
  • License Management
  • SME support along with advanced troubleshooting
  • Design and Code Reviews
  • Initiatives that improve productivity and result in efficiencies
  • POCs and adoption of new products
  • Interact with SA, dba, developers and product and send requests to Architecture

Job Description:

  • All Shared Services listed in Summary
  • Design and Develop tools to standardize and automate monitoring, application support activities.
  • Technical support to applications on trouble shooting Environment, software and application-level issues
  • Write, test programs using Unix Shell scripting, oracle PL/SQL programming; Perform unit testing.
  • Partner with cross functional teams across Development, Validation/QC, Production.
  • Server builds
  • Administration and development support involving trouble shooting
  • Providing design inputs and code reviews
  • Support Global teams across all ICG supporting cutting edge solutions.
  • Expertise in ITRS monitoring, automation with AutoSys, Perl, middleware tool is advantage.
  • Managing support services and change management using ServiceNow application.

  • Technical / Functional Proficiency:

Knowledge/Experience:

  • Minimum 1-5 years of IT experience.
  • Experience in configuration, administration, certificate configuration for application.
  • Experience in cloud technologies.
  • Experience in automation, monitoring, application support activities.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Strong ability to work in a highly focused technical environment together with other motivated and driven professionals, as well as the ability to work independently.
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple application teams, gather and analyze technical requirements.
  • Must have experience in participating in the management of multiple concurrent initiatives while relying on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
  • Performs other duties and functions as assigned.
  • Practical problem solving and strategic thinking skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Experience working or leading requirement gathering efforts for multiple large development projects at one-time.
  • Proficient using basic technical tools and systems.
  • Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred
