Assistant Teacher for Montessori Program.
A Little Journey Montessori School is looking for a full time or part time wonderful, loving, caring assistant teacher to join our team. This position allows for the possibility to work with infants, toddlers, and preschool age children with opportunity to grow within the program. The position could start as soon as possible.
This job is ideal for someone who is consistent and reliable, loves working with others and young children, adaptable and flexible to changing circumstances and environment. This is an amazing opportunity for those interested in a career in Montessori and early childhood teaching and education.

We are open 8:00 am to 4:00 pm Monday through Friday and are a year round program. Schedules vary within this time frame for full time or part time positions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- A friendly nature, patience and love for children, especially infants.
- Good organization and communication skills.
- Experience caring for infants is preferred, but not required.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Hands-on infant, Child, Adult CPR/First Aid certification required within 30 days of hire.
- Must pass criminal a background check for state licensing requirements.
- Verification of Immunizations (MMR and tDap).
- Training courses for state licensing requirements within 30 and 90 days of hire.
SALARY:
- Pay is DOE starting at $17.00/hour.
