Assistant Restaurant Manager
Job description
Looking for an seasoned, energetic, well-rounded person. 95% of this job will be supervising on the floor, ensuring that the service is prompt and that the tables are turned in an efficient manner. Will also aide any of the FOH staff in creating a wonderful experience for our guests. Must be able to do the floor plan, manage, coach and counsel servers, bussers, and runners, monitor the cleanliness of the restaurant and make sure that the stewarding team and the serving staff continue to keep the facilities clean. Must be able to expo food from the line. Bar management experience a plus.
