PROJECT COORDINATOR/ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER (COLUMBUS, OH)
The Project Coordinator/Assistant Project Manager’s primary responsibility is to assist in the management and coordination of our hospitality projects. The APM will be involved in various aspects of a project including schedule, procurement, vendor negotiations, cost management, project management and field operations. In other words, you will wear a lot of hats. The ideal candidate will possess a desire and enthusiasm for growth into a project manager role, the ability to build relationships with subcontractors and clients, and a team/utility player with a positive and driven attitude.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Learn the biz from HQ alongside Ownership Review plans, documents, and contracts to
- Provide document control including shop assist in the day-to-day functions drawings/submittals, PO, change orders, RFIs Represent company in owner meetings * Manage material procurement and project Assist Project Manager in day-to-day functions coordination. Work up to running smaller projects
- Assist with scheduling contractors and crews

- Based in Columbus, OH Strong organizational skills & follow up
- Team-oriented mindset Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks * Excellent written and verbal communication simultaneously skills. Our projects are nationwide, so you will Comfortable with computers and be communicating with / managing projects technology from afar Eager to learn & grow into PM Role“NICE TO HAVES”
- 1-5 years of construction management Ability to read plans and related documents experience Ability to travel preferred (minimal)
- Hospitality experience Renovation experience
- Real Estate experience

Pay: $62,000.00 - $83,000.00 per year
