Job description

The Assistant Store Manager will assist the Store Manager in managing the operation of the store and in supervision of store personnel.

1. Assist in creating a pleasant and hospitable work environment and maintain good customer relationships.
2. Understand and hold staff accountable to the Guide to Thrift Store & Donation Centers Operations, the Employee manual and other policies and procedures, which may include addressing issues with verbal and written warnings.
3. Ensure that all production is taken from the back room and properly displayed on the sales floor.

4. Assist in training, direction, and supervision of new personnel along with retraining for all personnel, as necessary.
5. Ensure that all paper work and sales reports are filled out completely and forwarded to the finance department daily.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.50 per hour
