Boynton Beach based smoothie shop is looking for a high energy, hands on Assistant Manager to help lead their team. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for managerial task as well as employee training, food preparation, customer service and cleaning.

ESSENTIAL TASKS

• Wear an “Owner’s Hat” when supervising the store.
• Determine the flow of the day and manage the completion of daily and weekly tasks.
• Ensure customer service, quality and speed standards are being met.
• Address and resolve any customer concerns.
• Train new employees.
• Address staff disciplinary issue.
• Track and maintain inventory.
• Receive and inventory deliveries.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of two years of experience in food service.
• Availability to work both WEEKDAY and WEEKEND shifts from early morning to the afternoon (Approximately 35 hours per week).
• Multi-task while maintaining the highest level of quality.
• Problem solving.
• Attention to detail.
• Standing and walking for extended periods of time.
• Lifting a minimum of 30lbs.
