Ralph's American Grill is hiring for a NEW Custom Concept, full service, upscale Prime Burger, Steak, and Bourbon centric restaurant that will be located in Clinton County! We are looking for an individual who will provide strong HANDS ON leadership. Responsible for managing and adhering to all aspects of the Ralph’s Budget.

Ralph’s American Grill Assistant Manager
Reports to: General Manager, Manager, F&B Director Classification: EXEMPT
Job Type: Full Time
Location: Holiday Inn Roberts Centre Date: 05.10.2023
Job Summary:
Responsible for supporting the General Manager, Manager, F&B Director in all aspects of the operation, including guest and associate satisfaction.
Essential Functions:
- Responsible for opening, closing of the restaurant.
- Responsible for running Front of House Shifts or Back of House Shifts as assigned.
- Scheduling Front of House Staff and Back of House Staff as assigned.
- Directing and Supporting Front of House and Back of House Line Level Associates.
- Conduct shift meetings and effectively communicate information to the team.
- Effectively manage labor and expenses.
- Regularly talks with guests to ensure high guest satisfaction.
- Makes recommendations and is actively involved in the training, coaching, development, and discipline of associates as directed by the General Manager.
- Acts on Marketing plans as directed by General Manager
- Other duties as assigned.
Physical Requirements:

Travel
Local and regional travel is required resulting in overnight trips. This position requires the successful candidate to have a valid Ohio Driver’s license. The successful candidate would have to provide proof that s/he has a valid driver’s license upon being hired.
Qualifications, Education, Experience, Skills, and Abilities:
- Degree in Hospitality Management Preferred but not required.
- Must have at least 2 years of previous management experience.
- Knowledge of POSI Touch POS system a plus but not required.
- Must be a team player with a passion for hospitality and service.
- Must have flexible availability with full service restaurant experience of comparable brand.
- Strong communication skills.
- Great organization skills.
- Must delegate tasks well.
- Superior leadership abilities.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Strategic Planning.
