Assistant Manager for High-End Furniture Manufacturer
I am looking for a motivated, reliable, and competent assistant to help grow our companies. I am the head designer of our family furniture business (BertuHome.com) and run all operations, in addition to helping run our other furniture businesses. You will help me manage a subdivision of this company, our tree stump tables - from customer service, to quality control, to production timelines and shipping. Candidate must be extremely organized and thorough. Candidate also must have great communication and customer service skills. Being a family business, it is important that we get a great personality fit for our team. I have high expectations for the person who will fill this position! We love to have fun but work hard.
Tasks include:
Emails / Customer Service
Production schedules
Invoicing
Wood and fabric sample fulfillment
Driving to post office
Anything needed to help us grow
Required:
Computer experience
The ability to adapt to our ever growing company
Not required but preferred:
Interest in design and home decor
Hours: M-F 8:30-4:30
