Quick Service Restaurant - Assistant Manager

Assistant Manager Duties:

• Enthusiastically lead the team at your store to provide a great customer experience and fulfill our mission to inspire people to live a healthy and active lifestyle.
• Collaborate with Smoothie King Professionals from Operations, Training, Marketing, Product Development, and others to deliver the best smoothies and healthy retail products to your community.
• Use your business skills and experience to manage your store's success. Promote the brand to increase sales. Control costs of inventory and operating expenses. Mentor your team to grow and achieve their career goals.

Assistant Manager Required Skills and Experience:

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum 1 years' experience as a manager or supervisor of a team in a restaurant or similar type of retail customer service business.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, team members, and the community, both orally and in writing.
• Ability to work the hours needed to run your store effectively, which might include a variety of days, evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Knowledgeable of general POS functionality.
• ServSafe Certification.
