Vuori is seeking a highly motivated Assistant Graphic Designer to join our quickly growing creative team. This role will be responsible for a wide range of work including but not limited to production of email marketing assets, digital advertising layouts, social media template creation, image cropping, manipulation of CAD files, print mechanical file set-up and more. Expertise in the Adobe Creative Suite with strong foundations in both print and digital design is required. In addition, the position requires the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight turnarounds, and partnership with other designers across all creative channels.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Take direction from Graphic Designer, Art Director and/or Project Manager to complete projects in a timely and accurate manner
• Use templates to create accurate build-outs for all assigned projects, adhering to brand standards and guides, and checking all work for accuracy
• Create specification or templates where needed as directed by Graphic Designer and/or Project Manager
• Manipulate CAD files using illustrator and organizing large batches of assets within the design file
• Crop images using a style-guide, checking all work for consistency and accuracy
• Create mechanical files based on design direction from print designers
• Design Digital Marketing collateral as needed: advertisements, digital collateral, and social media assets
• Keep up to date with emerging trends in fashion, design, film, art, media and technology as relevant to the design team
• Review project work for highest standards of quality, consistency and success
• Creating seasonal hangtags using templates
• Update templated packaging projects

• Bachelor's degree or higher or combination of relevant education, experience and training
• 0-1 years of professional experience in a design agency, in-house firm, brand or similar in the fashion industry is a plus, but not required
• Training in all aspects of layout, typography, illustration, identity, digital production and publishing across editorial formats and platforms, Adobe Creative Suite (including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, and Acrobat) in a MAC environment
• Experience with both web design and digital asset creation
• Experience with photo image manipulation and retouching
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS
• Attention to detail and meticulous organizational skills
• Ability to integrate feedback and implement changes into future work
• Strong time management with ability to toggle between daily and long-term tasks, keeping workstreams moving forward simultaneously
• Proactive approach to identifying and acting on ways to improve the work, continually pushing the vision forward
• Must be able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Expertise in responsive design strategy is a plus
• Video and motion graphic experience a plus

Pay Range: $24.04/hr - $28.85/hr
