As a Restaurant Assistant Operations Manager in Las Vegas, NV, your primary responsibility is to assist the Operations Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant. This includes managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high-quality standards of service and food preparation.

Your duties may include:

• Assisting the Operations Manager with hiring, training, and scheduling staff.
• Coordinating with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food preparation.
• Ensuring that customer service is top-notch and that any issues are resolved quickly and effectively.
• Overseeing inventory management, including ordering supplies and tracking food costs.
• Ensuring that the restaurant is clean and well-maintained at all times.
• Preparing weekly reports on sales, labor costs, and other key metrics.
• Assisting with marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to the restaurant.

To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as a passion for the restaurant industry. You should also be able to work well under pressure and be comfortable with managing multiple tasks simultaneously. A degree in Hospitality or a related field is preferred, but not required.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
