Assistant General Manager - Millennium Tower

Action Property Management is a privately held company that manages more high-rise residential buildings than any other management company in California. We have over a decade of experience offering exceptional residential building management to some of the most exclusive luxury high-rise properties in Los Angeles, Orange County, San Francisco, and San Diego.
Action is seeking an onsite Assistant General Manager for our ultra-luxury high-rise residence. Millennium Tower, located in San Francisco. We seek a highly motivated individual with Homeowners Association experience (a must) who is passionate about providing exceptional service to residents and ensuring efficient operations of the association. Compensation: $150,000 - $190,000 per year depending on experience
Core Responsibilities
- Assist the General Manager in managing the association's budget, finance, and accounting activities
- Collaborate with the General Manager to ensure the association is in compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations
- Oversee the daily operations of the association, including maintenance, security, and concierge services
- Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the association
- Ensure that all residents are provided with exceptional customer service and that their needs are met in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure that all work is performed to the highest standards
- Assist in the planning and execution of social events and activities for residents.
- Attend board meetings and provide reports on the association's activities
Qualifications / Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred but not required
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury homeowners association management
- Keen knowledge of reserve studies, bidding process, and Davis Stirling
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions
- Experience with budgeting and financial management
- CMCA certification is strongly preferred
