The Position:

We are looking for a candidate who possesses strong organizational skills, is highly ambitious, detail oriented and is able to work in a fast-paced setting. This individual must be able to work in a collaborative, team environment. The Assistant General Manager is responsible for:

• Providing excellent guest service
• Ensuring compliance of all brand and company standards

• Developing an operational budget and monitoring cost controls
• Maintaining accountability for each department
• Resolving guest and employee concerns
• Completing daily audits and monthly paperwork
