Job description

Essential job duties include the following:

· Paving – screed operator, paver operator, roller operator, raker

. Prep laborer

. Laborer - seal coat and crackseal

· General Construction labor: Digging, heavy lifting, shoveling, raking, prepping for
sealcoat and crack seal

· Have a willing attitude to learn new things

· Operating blowers and small hand tools

· Operating heavy equipment, pavers, excavators, rollers, grade tractor

· Must have a valid driver license and a clean driving record

Skilled background and knowledgeable of workflow is preferred but not required:

• Sealcoating
• Crack sealing
• Paving
• Grading
