The Opportunity – Area Sales Manager

We are looking for experienced and strategic Area Sales Manager to join our customer facing sales team.

This position will be influential to our continued growth and scale up concentrating on the increase of our sales revenue. A significant part of the role will be to promote and sell our technology helping to provide the VA and Department of Defense with a safe and cost-effective diagnostic without invasive biopsy, in determining the impact of airborne hazards such as burn pits.

You will serve as point of contact for all customers within your geographical territory while increasing your customer base as well as maintaining and growing existing customers.

We seek ideal candidates who are goal-oriented, understand urgency and possess outstanding sales and organizational skills. The ideal candidate will want to be part of a dynamic, fast- paced and disruptive medical device technology company focusing on lung health. We expect you to be very strategic with a high degree of successful execution along with strong relationships. What can you expect as an Area Sales manager at 4DMedical?

As an Area Sales Manager you will work in our tight-knit go-to-market team to leverage the unmet need for our unique technology.

  • Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Creating, tracking, and closing sales opportunities in your geographic area.
  • Prepare pricing documents and proposals for customers.
  • Maintaining customer relationships.
  • Setting and meeting sales targets to increase revenue.
  • Finding ways to ensure efficiency of sales operations.
  • Devise effective territory sales plan and marketing strategies.
  • Analyze data to find the most efficient sales methods.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret sales data to create sales strategies
  • Analyze and Interpret Financial and Sales Records.
  • Meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
  • Developing sales leads through cold calling, strategic marketing, collateral distribution, and local events.

Who are you?

Whatever your level, you’ll embrace our goal of providing better health outcomes to patients. We expect that you have experience in medical devices or in medical technology sales with a proven track record in growing and sustaining sales. We would expect that your experience comes from the respiratory arena interacting with lung health practitioners.

You are an individual with:

  • Proven work experience within the medical device arena calling on lung health physicians, radiologists, information technology and individuals within a hospital C-Suite.
  • A strong, cultivated network of relationships.

Experience:

  • Medical Devices Sales: 7 years (Required) or Respiratory Sales: 7 years (Required)

Additional Information:

  • Flexible working hours
  • Opportunity to work from home
  • Annual Base Salary circa $150,000 (depending on experience)
  • Annual Commission up to $100,000

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $200,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
