Appointment Coordinator/Switchboard Operator
The Appointment Coordinator/Switchboard Operator is responsible for the proper handling of incoming phone calls and setting of service appointments. By his/her actions, the Appointment Coordinator/Switchboard Operator plays a key role in insuring customer satisfaction. Primary responsibilities: Answer phones, direct calls to appropriate department or person, take messages.Assist in scheduling appointments for service department.Make daily follow-up calls/e-mails for customer satisfaction, update privacy calling list.Assist in coordinating shuttle rides for service customers.Tally technicians’ time cards and track information in Excel spreadsheet.File/scan repair orders. Miscellaneous additional tasks as assigned.
Hours are Monday -Thursday 1pm-6pm. Friday 3pm-6pm. Every other Saturday 8am-5PM.( day off during week when working Saturday.)

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Multi-line phone systems: 1 year (Preferred)
- Phone etiquette: 1 year (Preferred)
- Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Preferred)
