Job description
Who you are:
- You have at least two years' experience in multifamily residential maintenance.
- You have strong maintenance and customer service skills.
- You have a valid driver’s license with a reliable truck or van and auto insurance, and you are willing to submit to a drug and background check if offered this position.
What you’ll do as a Maintenance Technician:
- Complete work orders from apartment residents
- Use maintenance skills in electric, plumbing, grounds, apartment turns, appliance repair, carpentry, locks and keys
- EPA Certification highly preferred
- Scheduled hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am to 5pm plus on-call every 5th week
