Job Description

This role is hybrid remote with 40% monthly in-office presence in Mount Prospect, Illinois. (2-3 days in office per week)

The Amazon Media Manager leads the Amazon media presence of Bosch Tools for one of the three business units (Power Tools, Measuring Tools, and Accessories) for North America (US & Canada). This role drives advertising strategy and activities informed by the consumer journey, including paid media planning and campaign development, tracking, analysis and optimization. This role delivers critical brand-building and demand-driving advertising plans that improve brand awareness and preference that ensure the brand is reaching our target consumer with relevant, distinct, and buzz-worthy paid content. This role works closely with the broader media, sales and channel teams to ensure all Amazon activities are complimentary and to drive cohesive integrated marketing plans for the brand that build positive brand perceptions and relevance.

Qualifications

A successful candidate will have:

• Bachelors degree or in lieu of education, 8 years of practical experience
• Knowledgeable & up to date on Amazon Advertising products
• Demonstrated success with business-driving integrated marketing and media campaign management, including tracking, data-based optimizations, and test & learn plans
• Demonstrated success leading external agency relationships, multiple agency models preferred
• Demonstrated consumer-first mindset and data-based decision making for media optimization
• Ability to problem solve, bias for results, and strong communication skills
• Ability to influence cross-functional decisions and work across a complex organization
• Familiarity with content development and touchpoint intersection with owned digital properties
