About Us: Astay Tampa Bay manages private vacation rental properties in the Tampa/Clearwater area.

PART - TIME POSITION AVAILABLE: Private Property Maintenance & Management

COMPENSATION: $15 -$17HR (based on experience)

· Starting pay TBD

· After 90 Days review for pay increase

PREFERRED HOURS: M – F | Flexible 4 Hour Shifts

PERKS:

REQUIRED:

· At least 7yrs experience in a similar field of work

· Must live in Hillsborough or Pinellas County

· Must have a valid Florida Driver’s License & Auto Insurance

· Cannot have Criminal Record (Mandatory Background Check if Hired)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking to fill a property management / handyman position that will be responsible for property related maintenance and vacation rentals.

DUTIES INCLUDE:

· General Property Maintenance Labor and Oversight

· Exterior Maintenance (Lawncare/Lighting/Siding/Eaves/Gutters/Roof, etc.)

· Interior Maintenance (Painting/Drywall/Appliances/Floors/Windows/Treatments, etc.)

· Plumbing Maintenance (Drains/Toilets/Sinks, etc.)

· Exterior/Interior Tile Maintenance

· Boat/Dock Maintenance (Cleaning, Fueling, Servicing, etc.)

· Random small/minor property repair work and repair emergencies

· Private projects as needed by the Owner
