Bricks & Minifigs is an aftermarket LEGO store dedicated to the philosophy that good play helps build good minds. We are driven by the belief that we can help build connections, one LEGO brick at a time. Bricks & Minifigs is a LEGO buy, sell, trade & birthday party retail store. We offer a wide variety of new and retired LEGO sets, as well as selling bulk bricks, and individual minifigurines. We are looking for someone exceptional who wants to be a part of a dynamic store environment, where we are always challenging ourselves to improve and evolve with the changing market environments.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
• Provide accurate information and stay up-to-date with new products/services (e.g. product features, pricing, discounts etc...)
• Help organize, clean and put out product
• Conduct buys and trades with customers
• Continue learning and improving personal sales techniques
• Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager

Prior retail sales experience and customer service skills are desired. LEGO knowledge is not required, although experience with the product will be helpful. You must be 18 years old or older.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
