Admissions Marketing Director

As Admissions Marketing Director of a Nursing Facility, you will be expected to support the Director of Nursing by managing the staff, communicating with patients, and identifying new trends in nursing care. You will work closely alongside nurses, the Director of Nursing, other hospital staff, and patients and their families.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct pre-screening of potential patients to determine their eligibility for admission
• Review medical records
• Promote our services to qualified patients and their family members or caregivers
• Develop strong relationships with other hospitals, nursing facilities, and long-term care facilities to ensure the best results for patients
• Develop plans and programs to improve the quality of care

Qualifications:

• Previous LTC/SNF experience preferred
• Compassionate working with the geriatric population
• Ability to communicate clearly with doctors, nurses, patients, and their families.
• Well-organized and familiar with creating and running a marketing campaign.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and organizational skills
• Effective Communicator
