    Job Summary:
    All general administrative support positions are expected to perform common office procedures such as answering phones; providing information and customer service to students, employees and/or the community; word processing or data entry; and maintaining records while maintaining confidentiality. Although certain recurring tasks or responsibilities may be assigned to certain individuals within an office with multiple support positions, all employees in these positions are expected to contribute to keeping the office functioning effectively and efficiently.

    This position oversees the curriculum inventory (print and digital) for the district including at each school, assisting T&L Instructional Specialists with new adoptions and special projects, actively support warehouse staff with organizing and managing physical resources, be able to assess enrollment trends and forecast for future year. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
    • Maintaining curriculum inventory system (includes tracking physical and digital resources, including inventorying physical resources at the warehouse)
    • Organizing curriculum and curriculum resources at the warehouse to ensure accurate dispersion to schools
    • Extensive experience and use of Excel and other data systems to track resources in a fiscally responsible manner
    • Supporting schools' use of inventory system and communicating frequently with schools to identify needs and provide resources
    • Utilizing enrollment data to project resource needs at each school, track supplies and recommend orders
    • Working in warehouse and with warehouse staff to ensure smooth processes and receipt/delivery of curricular materials
    • Regularly moving and lifting curriculum resources, including boxes
    • Supporting department staff with multiple, major projects with time constraints
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
    This position requires year round work and does not have summers off.
